GNOME.Asia Summit 2016

GNOME.Asia Summit will be held between April 21-24 in Delhi, at the Manav Rachna International University (MRIU). This is located in the Faridabad distract just south of the National Capital Territory (New Delhi). It will be a great place to celebrate and explore the many new features and enhancements in GNOME.

GNOME.Asia Summit is the featured annual GNOME Conference in Asia. The event focuses primarily on the GNOME desktop, but also covers applications and the development platform tools. It brings together the GNOME community in Asia to provide a forum for users, developers, foundation leaders, governments and businesses to discuss the present technology and future developments.

In previous years GNOME.Asia Summit has been held in Beijing, China in 2008 and HoChiMinh City, Vietnam in 2009, cohosted with COSCUP Taipei, Taiwan in 2010, Bangalore, India in 2011, Hong Kong in 2012 and Seoul, Korea in 2013. The joint GNOME.Asia Summit & FUDCon APAC 2014 conference was hosted May 23 – 25, 2014 at Beihang univeristy, Beijing, China and in 2015 Depok, Indonesia.
